Telecommunications companies in Nigeria recorded 189,282,796 voice subscriptions in the first quarter of 2020.
The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS ) disclosed this in its report titled “Telecoms Data: Active Voice and Internet per State, Porting and Tariff Information,” on Thursday. According to the report, which was on the Bureau’s website, the subscribers were active on voice as against the 184 699,409 in the last quarter of 2019.
