HOW THE ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS WILL WORK:
Naijalink will not have any commercial role nor will it seek any commissions on deals. Naijalink is the facilitator of the meetings only.
Note:
- You can schedule with more than 1 Turkish company.
- We reserve the right to cancel meetings with any company that fails to provide sufficient evidence of their suitability to meet with the Turkish companies on the trade delegation. For example, if a Turkish company has asked to meet only construction companies, we will not accept any meetings with other type of companies.
- Naijalink Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you requested from us. From time to time, we would like to contact you about possible collaborations with foreign companies and invite you to our future network events that may be relevant to your business. By filling out your details in the registration link, you consent to us contacting you for these purposes.
- All meetings will happen through Zoom (with Whatsapp as backup) and will be attended by the representative of the Turkish company as well as a member of the Naijalink team who will 'host' the meeting.
- All meetings are automatically scheduled and can be rescheduled/ cancelled based on your availability and that of the Turkish company. Simply click the button in the confirmation email you will receive. It's as simple as that!
